At Career Path e-Learning & HR Services Ltd, we bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world career success. Born from a passion for helping people progress professionally, our journey began when our founder – An HR veteran with over 40 years of experience. Horace has observed how traditional training frameworks often fail to translate into meaningful career advancement.

Our Story

After 4 decades in delivering specialist HR support & Training services to organisations like Baker and McKenzie (New York office), The Dai-Ichi Kangyo Bank (One World Trade Centre) or Delivering here in the UK, National Retail Store Development teams for New Store Opening programs, Major Store Re-fit’s or National Petrol forecourt opening’s. Whether it was Boots the Chemist, Waitrose / John Lewis, Sainsbury’s or B&Q DIY. I’ve had the opportunity to work with each organisation HR and Procurement department in delivering first class HR & Training services.
Throughout my career, my mission has been focused on helping organisations meet their employer’s staff requirements, whilst at the same time matching individual’s employability skills to career opportunities.
With four decades of experience across a broad range of industries and organisations, my expertise in HR support and training are exceptional. I’ve played a crucial role in shaping workforce development, ensuring that both businesses and individuals find the right fit.
Working with major corporations and national retail giants has given me ability to navigate complex organisational structures while maintaining a people-focused approach. That blend of strategic thinking and human connection has been invaluable in today’s job market.
